EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
- All our products are carefully handled and go through a strict quality check before it reaches you. But, however, if you have received the product in a bad condition or is damaged, you can place an exchange or return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. Also, in case of return, the money will be credited back to the same account through which the payment was made once the product has been shipped back to and received by LEELAKAAR.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Exchange will only be made if the product(s) has any defect for which the customer has to send the snapshot of the defect to us at email@example.com . Our team will analyse and revert back to you within 24 hours for the same.
- The shipping charges for sending the product(s) back has to be borne by the customer.
- The refunded amount would be of the product(s) that the customer order and will not include the shipping charges.
- In case of return, make sure that the original packaging that includes box and label should be intact when the order is picked up as was given to you at the time of delivery.
- No exchange and return requests would be accepted if the request is made after 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product(s) is customised by you.
- Product(s) should be unused and unwashed in order to place a return/exchange request.
